In March 2008, we unveiled our new Executive Health Club, a full service spa and fitness center complete with state-of-the-art Precor equipment and free weight training. All of our cardio machines are equipped with the Cardio Theatre System allowing you to watch your favorite television shows and listen to your favorite music stations with your headset.

Our club is quiet, not crowded and we ask that cell phone ringers be set on low or vibrate, and that conversations be taken outside of the facilities.

It is our goal to create an environment that is friendly and non- intimidating for everyday people who are simply interested in exercising, relieving stress and getting in shape.
