Our Therapist
Alice R. Huttick is a Licensed Massage Therapist. She is a graduate of The Swedish Institute in New York City where she studied Swedish, Shiatsu, Medical and Pre-Natal massage as well as Myofacial Release and Reflexology. Ms. Huttick has taken numerous classes at the Upledger Institute and specializes in Cranio Sacral and Somatic Emotional Release Therapy. She is a member of The Society of Ortho Bionomy Therapists and continues to take classes in Ortho Bionomy which includes Chapman's Reflexes. Ms. Huttick has taken numerous Spa Treatment courses at the Deroligica Institute and has extensive experience in various spa treatments.
Appointments
We recommend that you book appointments in advance in order to receive your preferred date and time for your massage. We require a credit card at the time of booking in order to reserve the appointment. Any cancellations require six-hour notice to avoid a 50% charge. If you do not have a credit card, you are welcome to stop by and pay for your appointment in advance.
Gratuities
If you are pleased with the services you have received, it is customary to give a 15% to 20% gratuity to your therapist.
Age Requirement
Clients must be at least 18 years of age.
Late Arrivals
We recommend that you arrive at least 5 minutes prior to your appointment. If you are late, we can offer you the time remaining on your treatment or gladly reschedule you for another day with a 50% charge for the missed appointment.

Swedish
This is the classic form of Western style massage that is known for flowing movements and includes long soothing strokes, kneading, applying pressure and stretching. It improves your muscle tone, stimulates circulation, and relieves tension. This treatment will relax, revitalize and renew your body.
Shiatsu
An Eastern-based system of massage using pressure points and stretching to release energy blockages in the body.
Neuromuscular Therapy/Deep Tissue
This may be useful in relieving discomfort from problems such as tension headaches, TMJ or other musculoskeletal conditions like back pain, chronic sprains and strains or unequal leg length. Uses slow strokes and deep finger pressure on contracted areas, either following or going across the grain of the muscles, tendons and fascia.
Prenatal
A soothing, gentle massage specifically designed for the special needs of expectant mothers. This special treatment consists of a light massage, which assists in relieving lower back pain, water retention and sciatica. Recommended for after the first trimester.
Reflexology
The therapist works on specific reflex points on the feet using thumb pressure. These points correlate to individual organs and parts of the body. Activating these reflexes can help improve circulation and promote relaxation.
Reiki
Reiki is a precise, powerful method of healing which has the ability to harmonize and balance the mind, body, spirit and emotions. It will facilitate change within the body wherever it is needed in order for you to attain the highest healing potential.

Helps people to break the cycle of pain without causing pain. It is very effective in recovery from injuries, surgery and stress, and can help with headaches, back pain and knee problems. This is accomplished by reducing tension in the muscles, increasing flexibility and range of movement. These benefits will continue for up to 48 hours. Recipient will stay clothed for the duration of the session.
